H.330 completely removes the previous six-year statute of limitations on child sex abuse cases and lets abuse victims bring claims against organizations, institutions, and companies that allowed abuse to happen. This bill is the strongest form of reform in the country to date!

Additionally, Vermont opened a “look back” window for past abuse survivors to bring forward old or expired claims and pursue justice in civil court.
