New Jersey Amended civil Laws on Seeking Legal Action for Sexual Abuse

Attention new jersey sexual abuse survivors: On May 13, 2019 New Jersey legislatures passed S477, a bill that lengthens New Jersey’s civil statute of limitations (SOL) on sexual abuse.
